Refined Wheat Flour, Potato, Beans, Green Beans, Carrot, Onion, Coriander Leaves, Turmeric Powder, Refined Vegetable Oil, Dry Mango Powder, Cumin, Ginger, Black Pepper, Asafoetida.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Thaw desired amount of product to room temperature. Place in a microwaveable bowl and microwave at high temperature for 1-2 min. Over heating will result in loosing freshness. Do not refreez thawed products.
