Tender Jackfruit, Grated Coconut, Coconut Oil, Green Chilly, Garlic, Small Onion, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilly, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Iodized Salt.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Thaw desired amount of product to room temperature. Place in a microwaveable bowl and microwave at high temperature for 1-2 min. Over heating will result in loosing freshness. Do not refreez thawed products.
