Medu Vada are made from urad dal (black lentils), spices, and curry leaves. They are crunchy on the outside and spongy on the inside, and are often part of a South Indian breakfast.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Thaw the desired number of product to room temperature. Transfer it to a microwaveable bowl and microwave at high temperature for 1-2 mins. Over heating will result in losing freshness. Do not refreeze the thawed product
